Dr. Kartik Agre possesses 6 years of
teaching and research experience. Dr Agre
specializes in family and constitutional law.
His research area is family law, wherein he
has published his articles in various reputed
journals. He completed his BBA LL.B
(Hons.) from ICFAI University, Dehradun;
LL.M from West Bengal National University of Juridical
Sciences, Kolkata; and Ph.D from Apex University, Jaipur. He
is presently working as an Assistant Professor (Senior Scale) in
School of Law, UPES, Dehradun.

Dr. Gaurav Mittal possesses 9.5 years of
teaching and research expertise. He is a
passionate writer with a strong interest in
current affairs, frequently publishing
papers, book chapters, and case comments.
Dr. Mittal specializes in family law and
constitutional law and has
interdisciplinary research interests in criminal law. He
completed his B.Com. (Hons.) from Delhi University.
Regarding legal education, he earned his LL.B. and LL.M.
degrees from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. Recently
he completed his Ph.D. from the School of Law, UPES,
Dehradun in the year 2024. He is presently working as an
Assistant Professor (Senior Scale) in School of Law, UPES,
Dehradun.
